Why Does a Wireless Charger Need High Temperature Testing?
High temperature testing evaluates the performance, reliability, and durability of a wireless charger under extreme heat conditions.

High Temperature Testing for Wireless Chargers
High temperature testing evaluates the performance, reliability, and durability of a wireless charger under extreme heat conditions. It helps ensure the product can maintain normal operation and meet environmental requirements.
Why Is High Temperature Testing Important?
Wireless chargers may be used in hot environments, especially in cars, offices, bedrooms, and other enclosed spaces. Prolonged exposure to high temperatures can affect electronic components, materials, and charging performance.
High temperature testing helps verify:
- Product reliability under extreme heat
- Material and component durability
- Charging and functional stability
- Long-term performance in high-temperature environments
How Do We Perform the Test?
Test Condition: 65°C for 48 hours
- Check that all product functions work normally before testing.
- Set the environmental chamber to 65°C for 48 hours and place the sample inside after the required temperature is reached.
- Remove the sample after testing and leave it at room temperature for 1 hour.
- Check all product functions, materials, and performance.
What Makes the Test Qualified?
The test is considered PASS when the wireless charger shows no abnormality after the high-temperature test, including:
- Normal product functions
- No visible material damage
- Normal charging performance
- No abnormal operation
Test Result: PASS
The sample remained functional with normal materials and performance after 65°C / 48-hour high temperature testing.
Cwin uses environmental and reliability testing to help ensure wireless charging products are ready for demanding applications and mass production.
