What is wireless charger overvoltage test and how? Simulate the condition when the input voltage exceeds the rated range, to verify the capability of the power system to clear faults automatically and ensure safe and stable operation.
Test Method: 1. Adjust the power supply to 15V and connect the sample for normal power-on. 2. Manually increase the voltage slowly to the rated protection threshold of 15.8–16.5V. The product shall cut off power automatically for protection. 3. Manually reduce the input voltage back to 15V, then the product resumes normal operation.
Test Result: The sample triggers effective protection during the overvoltage test. The test is PASSED.
